Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Subscription Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your spiritual journey on Kenosis. If you purchase a premium subscription (the "Disciple Plan") and find that it does not meet your needs, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

2. Conditions for Refund
* The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
* This 14-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription charge only. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable unless required by local law.
* Where local consumer law mandates a longer refund window (for example, the EU and the UK), that law supersedes this policy.
* Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free "Seeker" plan.

3. AI Token Usage and Refunds
Kenosis enforces a monthly AI usage cap (the "token cap"). Refunds are evaluated based on your subscription payment, not on how much of the monthly AI quota you have consumed. If you have exhausted your monthly token quota, this does not affect your refund eligibility within the 14-day window above.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from the in-app Settings menu, or via the merchant-of-record portal link provided in your purchase confirmation email. Canceling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
